Keypair Co., Ltd. establishes and discloses this privacy policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly handle related grievances.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The purposes of processing personal information files registered and disclosed by Keypair Co., Ltd. pursuant to Article 32 of the Personal Information Protection Act are as follows:
Shipping: Product delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges
Marketing: Service usage statistics, prizes and events
Article 2 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)
Keypair Co., Ltd. processes the following categories of personal information:
Shipping: Name, contact information, address
Marketing: Name, email address, contact information, address
Users may refuse to consent to information collection; however, services may be limited if consent is not given.
Article 3 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)
Keypair Co., Ltd. promptly destroys personal information when it is no longer needed, such as when the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.
1. Destruction procedure — Keypair selects personal information for which grounds for destruction have arisen, and destroys it with approval from the Privacy Officer.
2. Destruction method — Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent data recovery. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 4 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives)
① Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information held by Keypair Co., Ltd. at any time.
② Such rights may be exercised in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act.
③ Such rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent.
④ The right to access or suspend processing may be restricted under Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction or deletion cannot be made if the personal information is specified as a collection target under other laws.
Article 5 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
Keypair Co., Ltd. takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
1. Regular internal audits
2. Minimization and training of personnel handling personal information
3. Establishment and implementation of internal management plans
4. Technical countermeasures against hacking
5. Encryption of personal information
6. Retention and tamper prevention of access logs
7. Access restrictions on personal information
8. Use of locks for document security
9. Access control for unauthorized persons
Article 6 (Installation and Operation of Automatic Data Collection Devices)
Keypair Co., Ltd. does not use 'cookies' that store and retrieve user information.
Article 7 (Privacy Officer)
Keypair Co., Ltd. designates a Privacy Officer to oversee personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information as follows:
